“My name is Daniel Murillo and I have been cooking professionally for 15 years. Haute cuisine, and particularly fusion cuisine, is my passion and for me there is nothing more interesting than combining spices from near and far to create inspired twists on traditional dishes. From this passion Mexotic was born. My approach is to highlight the traditional flavors and techniques of Mexican cuisine while incorporating exotic international ingredients, the end result being a unique gourmet experience.”
