This retreat will focus on developing the tranquil mind through mindfulness based practices of vinyasa krama, yin, pranayama and Buddhist meditation. Over the course of seven days Whit will compassionately guide practitioners through two daily practices with the intention of cultivating the foundations for insight, mindfulness and non-judgmental self-awareness.

Daily practices will include traditional vinyasa krama as taught by the father of modern yoga, Sri T. Krishnamacharya and passed down to Whit by his teacher Srivatsa Ramaswami, yin yoga, yogic breathwork (pranayama), Buddhist meditation and philosophy.
