"Sayulita has become a hub for yoga on the Mexican westcoast. The mission of Yoga Los Suenos is offer a Full-time your -round regular yoga classes along with a retreat centre. The expansion of Hotelito Los Suenos was created with this in mind. The owner of the hotel is a yogi and wanted to share the joy of practising yoga in a tropical environment.. The yoga studio was designed and built with much care and attention for the yoga practitioner. Everything from the cushioned flooring to high quality mats to the great surround sound was thought of. Our hope is to attract yogis from all over North America and Mexico to come to Sayulita.

Hatha Yoga & Meditation with Crystal Bowls
New Morning Class starts Tuesday October 10, 2017 with Carmela CarlyleThis is slow-paced, classic hatha yoga practiced with mindfulness, deeply held poses, sun salutations, pranayama, chakra awareness and thematic integration for your whole self. The entire class is accompanied by crystal singing bowls and includes a closing guided meditation and sound healing to set a positive tone for your day. Taught by a yoga therapist who will offer modifications for diverse levels of practice or for those healing through injuries.

In this all levels Acroyoga class we will explore yoga and movement in a fun and challenging way. Each week we will explore a new way to move and flow in the Acroyoga practice. No previous experience necessary, you don't need to bring a partner to attend the class. Jessica is a certified Acroyoga teacher through the Vancity Acroyoga Teacher Training program.

Core Flow Yoga
Core flow is a unique class designed to complement the typical movements found in a vinyasa yoga practice. This class builds core stability and strength in the various muscles groups. It is a challenging, dynamic class that will progress through a creative series of postures to strengthen and open the body. Expect to work hard, and challenge aspects of your mind and body in this 75 minute class!
This class is for all bodies, levels, and experiences alike. You can always move at your own pace. There
are no ‘levels’.
There is a great variety of exercises from class to class, but always includes a tuning in chanting with the ‘Adi Mantra’ Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, a kriya, which is a complete set of asanas and exercises practiced together in a certain sequence to obtain a specific result, pranayama (breathing control) or
warm up, chanting, relaxation and meditation. By approaching Kundalini Yoga with openness and respect, you will experience the benefits.

Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga
Expect to be challenged, explore alignment, to flow, and to get inspired to try the unknown. Intermediate Vinyasa is a thoughtful and fluid sequence, standing & seated postures, back bending and inversions led by breath to heat the body. Come to practice with equal amounts of humility, intensity and playfulness.
Yoga class, based on a soft Vinyasa style adapting to all levels. The practice has a focus on nature rhythms, seasonal changes, moon phases or any special daily event as they have a big influence on our feelings, emotions and physical condition.
